摘要

机床主轴箱结构复杂、壁厚差异大,质量要求高.研究从平稳充型和顺序凝固的角度出发,对主轴箱的工艺进行分析,设计了半封闭的底注式浇注系统,利用ProCAST软件对比分析了侧内浇道和底内浇道的流动场,通过增设缓冲横浇道来消除底内浇道的流动缺陷,并设计了冒口和冷铁方案,实现了顺序凝固的温度场,避免了缩孔缩松的产生.

Abstract

The machine tool spindle box has a complex structure,large wall thickness differences,and high quality requirements.In this paper,from the perspective of smooth filling and sequential solidification,the process of the headstock is studied,a semi-closed bottom pouring system is designed,and the flow field of the side runner and the bottom runner was compared and analyzed using Pro-CAST software.By adding a buffer runner to eliminate the flow defect of the bottom runner,and design the riser and chilled iron scheme,the temperature field of sequential solidification is realized,and the shrinkage and porosity ware avoided.
