IDC电源设计的质量影响因素评价体系研究

电源设计是影响数据中心工程能耗的关键要素,对于节约能耗、降低碳排放至关重要.首先,基于文献研究法、资料分析法等将影响IDC电源设计质量的关键因素划分为组织管理、要素供给、客户需求、制度环境四个方面.然后,通过行业内数十名专家的调研访谈,基于AHP模型对影响因素进行赋权,综合评价各因素的重要程度.研究表明:设计成本预算、设计质量要求、设计人员技术水平、质量体系执行力度等是影响IDC电源设计的关键因子,属于T1重要级别,后续可针对此类影响程度高的因子进行重点管控.最后,基于评价体系各指标的重要性等级,提出改进IDC电源设计质量水平的若干建议.
Research on the evaluation system of quality influencing factors for IDC power supply designs
Power supply design is a key element affecting the energy consumption of data center engineering,which is crucial for saving energy consumption and reducing carbon emissions.Firstly,the key factors affecting the quality of IDC power supply design are divided into four aspects:organizational management,element supply,customer demand,and institutional environment based on the lit-erature research method and data analysis method.Then,through research interviews with dozens of experts in the industry,the influ-encing factors are assigned based on the AHP model,and the importance of each factor is evaluated comprehensively.The study shows that:design cost budget,design quality requirements,technical level of designers,quality system implementation,etc.are the key fac-tors affecting IDC power supply design,belonging to the T1 importance level,and the follow-up can be focused on the control of such factors with high degree of influence.Finally,based on the importance level of each index of the evaluation system,a number of sugges-tions to improve the quality level of IDC power supply design are put forward.
