摘要
通信、信息技术的快递迭代发展,消费者需求的变化,除传统通信产品外,运营商竞争市场由寡头竞争市场逐渐演变成为市场竞争机制,迫使运营商转变运营思路,改变商业模式、企业管理模式,扩大垂直价值链,深挖存量客户价值,利用传统产品优势逐步扩大政企市场占比,不断提升企业价值.通过探讨运营商商业模式、企业管理模式及发展趋势给运营商未来发展提供新思路.
Abstract
With the iterative development of communication and information technology,as well as changes in consumer demand,in addition to traditional communication products,the competition market for operators has gradually evolved from an oligopolistic com-petition market to a market competition mechanism.It forces operators to change their operational thinking,change their business mod-els and enterprise management models,expand vertical value chains,deeply tap into the value of existing customers,and gradually ex-pand the proportion of government and enterprise markets by utilizing the advantages of traditional products,continuously enhancing enterprise value.Provide new ideas for the future development of operators by exploring their business models,enterprise management models,and development trends.
