摘要
风险管理在项目管理中有着重要的地位,随着全球经济快速发展和我国工程建设的不断繁荣,工程项目风险管理的研究逐渐成为一个热门研究方向.针对项目设计、采购及施工整个过程的EPC模式,分析了EPC工程总承包项目风险因素,结合通信机房暖通系统EPC工程项目风险管理实践,建立了风险分析评价模型,探究了EPC项目风险管理要点和风险应对措施.
Abstract
Risk management has an important position in project management,and with the rapid development of the global econ-omy and the continuous prosperity of China's engineering construction,the study of risk management in engineering projects has gradu-ally become a popular research direction.Aiming at the EPC mode of the whole process of project design,procurement and construc-tion,we analyzed the risk factors of EPC general contracting project,combined with the risk management practice of the EPC project of communication room HVAC system,established a risk analysis and evaluation model,and explored the key points of risk management and risk response measures of EPC project.
