摘要
随着社会公共安全问题不断凸显,反侦察违法犯罪手段日趋多样,重大活动安保工作面临挑战,迫切要求加快发展公共安全视频监控及联网应用平台建设.基于新时期技防监控体系在构建市域治理能力现代化中不可替代的信息化力量,着重分析了前端布控、联网平台、大数据应用及安全运维等方面建设方式,有利于梳理并整合现有视频监控基础设施资源,促进设施互联互通和视图数据应用共享,为提升智慧城市治理服务体系提供方案支撑.
Abstract
With the social and public security issues continue to highlight,counter-surveillance of illegal and criminal means are becoming more and more diverse,the security of major events are facing challenges,the urgent need to accelerate the development of public security video surveillance and networking application platform construction.Based on the irreplaceable informatization power of the new-era technical defense monitoring system in building the modernization of municipal governance capacity,focusing on the analysis of the front-end deployment and control,networking platform,big data application and security operation and maintenance and other aspects of the construction method,which is conducive to sorting out and integrating the existing video surveillance infrastruc-ture resources,promoting the interconnection of facilities and view data application sharing,and providing programmatic support for the enhancement of the smart city governance service system.
