摘要

随着数字时代新技术的飞速发展,通信产业正面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇.为满足通信产业升级转型带来的人才需求变化,邮电类高职院校必须以培养高素质技术技能人才为核心目标,在产教融合背景下构建专业体系,实现专业结构转型升级.在新时代产教融合背景下,提出邮电类高职院校专业体系构建模型,以某邮电职业技术学院为例,分析专业体系研究和探索的多个维度,以期为邮电类高职院校专业体系构建提供新的研究和探索方向.

Abstract

With the rapid development of new technologies in the digital age,the communication industry is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.In order to meet the changes in talent demand brought about by the upgrading and transformation of the communication industry,higher vocational colleges of posts and telecommunications must take training high-quality technical talents as the core goal,build a specialty system under the background of the integration of production and education,and realize the transfor-mation and upgrading of specialty system.Under the background of the integration between industry and education in the new era,we put forward the specialty system construction model of higher vocational colleges of posts and telecommunications,and analyzes the multiple dimensions of the research and exploration of the specialty system by taking a Post and Telecommunication College as an ex-ample,in order to provide new research and exploration directions for the specialty system construction of higher vocational colleges of posts and telecommunications.
