An optimization method for preparing preventive maintenance plans for aircraft components based on life prediction
An optimization method for preventive maintenance scheduling of aircraft components based on life prediction is proposed to address the low feasibility and high cost of existing aircraft system maintenance schedules.The rolling horizon method is used to deter-mine the maintenance schedule time window.Aircraft component remaining service life prediction model is established based on multi-sen-sor data and particle filtering model.Use linear integer programming to plan preventive maintenance strategies for multi-aircraft systems,and establish a preventive maintenance planning model with total maintenance cost as the objective function,and remaining useful life pre-diction of aircraft components,available spares and available time for executable maintenance as the constraints.The experimental results show that the remaining useful life of actual components is within the predicted probability distribution.Meanwhile,the proposed preventive maintenance program has the lowest expected maintenance cost and the lowest number of AOGs compared to CM and PM strategies.
