摘要
随着航空用电子元器件应用需求的不断扩大,电子元器件质量问题经常出现.电子元器件质量在很大程度上影响了航空设备的使用寿命和功能性能.从航空电子元器件质量问题出发,剖析了其失效的深层次原因,总结规律,提出了预防及改进措施,希望为企业电子元器件管理提供一定的参考和借鉴.
Abstract
With the continuous expansion of the demand for aviation electronic components,quality problems of electronic compo-nents often occur.The quality of electronic components affects the service life and performance of electronic products to a large extent.Based on the the quality issues of aviation electronic components,we analyze the deep causes of failure,summarizes the rules,and pro-poses preventive and improvement measures to provide certain reference for the electronic components management in enterprises.
