摘要
随着数字化技术的兴起,数字技术已成为企业发展的核心元素,企业较为频繁的业务流程主要在于日常信息管理,如员工入职、报销、采购、审计等.通过IPA技术的研究,实现重复性的数据分析业务的流程自动化;设计一套数据分析流程的通用模型,简化数据分析流程开发,提高流程效率为企业核心驱动力进行赋能,并推动企业向智能化、自动化、数字化方向转型.
Abstract
With the rise of digital technology,digital technology has become a core element of enterprise development,and the more frequent business processes of enterprises mainly lie in daily information management,such as employee onboarding,reimburse-ment,procurement,auditing and so on.Through the research of IPA technology,we can realize the process automation of repetitive data analysis business;design a set of universal model of data analysis process,simplify the development of data analysis process,improve process efficiency to empower the core driving force of enterprises,and promote the transformation of enterprises to the direction of in-telligence,automation and digitalization.
