摘要
光网络作为信息传输的重要载体,在网络强国战略中发挥着举足轻重的作用.基于光网工程建设现状中的痛难点,从满足客户需求高质量交付和满足企业可持续发展入手,围绕需求、质量、进度、效益、安全开展,提出了光网工程数字化管理系统的系统架构和流程设计,打通经营、投资、建设、资源、运维等系统,将基础数据与生产流程充分融合,积极探索数字化在工程建设领域的应用和实践,赋能光网高质量发展,验证了系统的实用性.
Abstract
As an important carrier for information transmission,optical network plays a vital role in the national strategy of build-ing a network powerhouse.Based on the pain points and difficulties in the construction of optical network projects,this paper starts from meeting customer needs for high-quality delivery and meeting the sustainable development needs of enterprises,and designs the system architecture and process of the optical network engineering digital management system around the needs,quality,progress,ben-efits,and safety.It connects the systems of operation,investment,construction,resources,and maintenance,fully integrates basic data and production processes,actively explores the application and practice of digitalization in engineering construction,empowers the high-quality development of optical network,and verifies the practicability of the system.
