摘要
"双碳"目标已被纳入生态文明建设整体布局,上升为国家战略,将我国的绿色发展之路提升到新的高度.总结了园区概念和基本类型,基于智慧高效、绿色节能的园区建设理念,分析了园区建筑、交通、生产、能源等方面的建设需求,建立了低碳智慧园区建设总体框架,提出了低碳智慧园区建设内容及推进思路,以期为园区可持续发展提供有价值的参考和借鉴.
Abstract
The goal of"dual-carbon"has been incorporated into the overall layout of ecological civilisation construction and up-graded to a national strategy,which elevates China's green development road to a new height.This paper summarises the concept and basic types of parks,analyses the construction needs of parks in terms of buildings,transportation,production and energy based on the concept of intelligent,efficient,green and energy-saving parks,establishes an overall framework for the construction of low-carbon in-telligent parks,and puts forward the content of the construction of low-carbon intelligent parks and the ideas for promoting it,with a view to providing valuable references and reference for the sustainable development of the parks.
