摘要
互联网的兴起和发展,通信运营商积累了海量的数据资源,这些资源带来机遇的同时,也对数据治理体系带来巨大挑战.通过对数据中台架构、数据治理全流程和数据安全分级分类管理进行详细阐述,对运营商的数据治理体系和数据安全管理体系两方面开展研究,为运营商数据治理和数字化转型提供参考.
Abstract
With the rise and development of the Internet,communication carriers have accumulated a huge amount of data resourc-es,which bring opportunities and at the same time pose great challenges to the data governance system.By elaborating on the data mid-dle platform architecture,the whole process of data governance and the hierarchical and classified management of data security,we con-duct research on both the data governance system and the data security management system of carriers,and provide references for the data governance and digital transformation of carriers.
