摘要

针对用户易接触垃圾桶内细菌的问题,设计了以Arduino UNO为电控核心,智能垃圾桶通过红外对管传感器测量物体离桶盖的距离,在感应到30cm内有物体靠近时,发送信号控制舵机转动,自动开盖;桶盖自动闭合后主控芯片会驱动雾化片进行消毒液的喷洒,进行杀菌消毒;桶内顶部超声波测距传感器会实时监测垃圾高度,快满时会通过蜂鸣器发出警报提醒用户及时清理;通过机械结构的设计,用户在收拾垃圾时按下按扣垃圾桶即可实现自动收口和换袋.结果表明,通过种种功能的实现有效地抑制了细菌的传播,且使用过程方便快捷.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that the user is easy to contact the bacteria in the trash can,the Arduino UNO is designed as the electronic control core.The intelligent trash can measures the distance between the object and the cover through the infrared tube sen-sor.When it senses that there is an object approaching within 30cm,it sends a signal to control the rotation of the steering gear and au-tomatically opens the cover;After the barrel cover is automatically closed,the main control chip can drive the atomizing sheet to spray the disinfectant for sterilization and disinfection;the ultrasonic ranging sensor on the top of the barrel can monitor the height of the gar-bage in real time,and when the barrel is almost full,the ultrasonic ranging sensor can give an alarm through a buzzer to remind a user to clean the garbage in time;and the main control chip can drive the atomizing sheet to spray the disinfectant for sterilization and disin-fection.Due to the design of the mechanical structure,the user can automatically close the mouth and change the bag by pressing the button of the garbage can when cleaning up the garbage.The results show that the spread of bacteria is effectively inhibited through the realization of various functions,and the use process is convenient and fast.
