Dynamic configuration design and application of SMS center number based on SIM card OTA technology
In view of the problems reported by customers that the short message center number is incorrectly configured,result-ing in the inability to send short messages and the inconvenient modification on the terminal,based on the intelligent improvement strategy of China Mobile's contact service quality number,combined with the company's current network system,an in-depth study was conducted to design and develop an automated and intelligent application support system.Dynamic configuration of short message center number system based on OTA technology of SIM card is an intelligent support scheme for silently updating configuration data.Through the application of BIP protocol technology,the automatic dynamic configuration of SMS center number is realized,so that the user can complete the silent update of SMS center number without awareness.This effectively solves customer complaints caused by SMS delivery failures,and improves the management level of operators and customer satisfaction.
