工业废水深度除镉技术研究与工程应用

江西德兴某矿山外排水镉含量符合国家规定的排放标准(即≤0.02 mg/L),为寻求深度除镉技术,以确保外排水Cd2+质量浓度达到地表水Ⅲ类标准(≤0.005 mg/L),以酸性水处理厂的废水作为研究对象,开展了不同技术方案对比实验,并就其中处理效果较好的方法开展工业试验研究.试验表明:药剂YS具有很好的深度除镉效果,加入该药剂处理后,外排水中Cd2+质量浓度可降至0.005 mg/L,新增废水处理运行成本为0.288元/m3,较生物制剂法废水处理运行成本(1元/m3)有较大幅度降低.同时,针对该酸性水处理厂用地紧张的现状并结合各构筑物单元分布情况,提出了相关改造方案.方案利用酸性水处理厂现有设施作为沉镉反应池与沉淀池,只需新增1套加药设施.目前,该技术已实现了工业化长效运行,取得了较好的深度除镉效果,外排水Cd2+质量浓度持续稳定控制在0.001~0.005 mg/L.
The existing neutralization method of acid mine drainage treatment of a mine for cadmium could reach the standard require-ment,but a depth removal technology is required to ensure that mass concentration of Cd2+in the wastewater is reduced to below 0.005 mg/L.This article studies the treatment on cadmium-containing wastewater by different chemical precipitation methods,and the indus-trial experiments were conducted.The results indicated that:the depth removal effect of YS for cadmium was the best,with which mass concentrations of Cd2+in the effluent were below 0.005 mg/L.Compared with the similar domestic technologies,the cost was 0.288 Chi-nese Yuan per ton.At present,this technology has been in industrial operation for 10 months in this mine,and the mass concentration of Cd2+remains stable between 0.001~0.005 mg/L.
