The existing research has mainly interpreted entrepreneurial decision - making from a rational perspective, and paid less attention to the influence of irrational factors such as emotion on entrepreneurial decision - making. Through the introduction of Entrepreneurial Cognition Intermediary Mechanism of empirical testing, the study has found that: the negative emotions of the entrepreneneuship have significant negative impact on entrepreneurial decision - making, entrepreneurial cognition, while moderate and positive emotions of the entrepreneneuship have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial decision and entrepreneurial cognition; entrepreneurial cognition plays a partial mediating role between entrepreneurial spirits and entrepreneurial decision. Based on the theoretical and empirical results, this paper proposes the strategy of the entrepreneurial emotion management. Entrepreneurs should choose entrepreneurial cognition based on different levels of entrepreneurial emotion to improve their decision - making quality.
