机遇和挑战并存是全媒体时代社会主义意识形态凝聚力提升面临的重要际遇.全面认识与把握这些机遇和挑战是用全媒体赋能社会主义意识形态建设的必然选择.全媒体时代,媒体融合发展形成多主体参与、多渠道发声、多维度实践的传播优势,为社会主义意识形态凝聚思想、话语和行动共识提供了理论传播布展、议题传播延展、传播实践拓展等诸多机遇.在全媒体扁平化传播、多元 化传播、集 散化 传播的影响下,社 会主义意识形 态凝聚力提升 也面临意识形 态话语 资源的转移、思想观念的渗透与分化、网络舆论的聚集与弥散等挑战.抓住机遇、应对挑战,要以党管媒体、体系构建、内容整合、平台赋能为着力点,用全媒体为社会主义意识形态传播赋智赋能,从而增强主流意识形态话语权,发挥其凝聚共识、引领方向的功能.
Abstract
The omnimedia era presents a pivotal juncture for enhancing the cohesion of socialist ideology,characterized by the coexistence of opportunities and challenges.A comprehensive understanding and grasp of these opportunities and challenges is an inevitable choice for the construction of omnimedia-empowered socialist ideology.In the omnimedia era,communication advantages from integration and de-velopment of media,characterized by multi-stakeholder participation,multi-channel expression,and multi-dimensional practice,have created opportunities for consolidating socialist ideology,including the-oretical communication exhibition,thematic communication extension,and the expansion of practical communication,all of which contribute to forming a consensus in thought,discourse,and action.Under the influence of flat,diversified,and disseminated omnimedia communication,the enhancement of so-cialist ideological cohesion also encounters such challenges as the transfer of ideological discourse re-sources,the infiltration and differentiation of ideological concepts,and the convergence and dispersion of online public opinions.To seize opportunities and respond to challenges,it has been proposed to focus on the Party's management of media,system construction,content integration,and platform empowerment,and to leverage omnimedia to empower the communication of socialist ideology,so as to enhance the dis-course power of mainstream ideology and to exert its function of consolidating consensus and guiding pub-lic direction.
