中国式现代化对外话语体系建构研究

摘要
在新时代中国实现从赶上时代到引领时代的伟大跨越背景之下,建构中国式现代化对外话语体系意义重大,具有政治价值、比较价值及引导价值等多重价值.中国式现代化对外话语体系建构既具有多重有利因素,使其建构具有可行性,同时也存在外部压制与内部拘囿的现实梗阻,面临诸多风险挑战.要想有效构建中国式现代化对外话语体系,需要从战略管理、主体联动、内容建设、传播升级等多个方面综合施策.
Abstract
Under the background of China's great leap from catching up with the times to leading the times in the new era,the construction of the international discourse system for Chinese-style moderniza-tion holds immense importance,which embodies multiple values,including political value,comparative value and guiding value,etc.The construction of the international discourse system for Chinese-style modernization benefits in multiple favorable ways,which renders its construction feasible.Meanwhile,the construction faces practical obstacles due to external suppression and internal constraints which pres-ent numerous risks and challenges.To effectively construct the international discourse system for Chinese-style modernization,it has been proposed to take comprehensive measures including strategic manage-ment,coordinated efforts among stakeholders,content construction,and enhanced communication.
