The Connotation Structure and Indicator Measurement of Organizational Resilience in New Energy Vehicle Enterprises
In recent years,as China's new energy vehicle enterprises have been facing internal and exter-nal challenges,including gradual withdrawal of government support and increased competition,organiza-tional resilience,as a critical capability for resisting crises,is essential for these enterprises to overcome crises.Based on existing theoretical research on organizational resilience,an exploratory study guided by procedural grounded theory was conducted with new energy vehicle enterprises as participants to investi-gate the connotation and structure of organizational resilience in these enterprises.A measurement scale has been developed and validated.The study has found that the organizational resilience of new energy vehicle enterprises is a five-dimensional structure that includes capital resilience,strategic resilience,relationship resilience,technology resilience,and leadership resilience,and that its measurement scale consists of five factors and 33 items.The results of factor analysis have shown that the developed scale possesses high reliability and validity and can effectively reflect the connotation of organizational resilience of new energy vehicle enterprises,which provides a reference for subsequent studies.
