互联网时代,冰雪体育旅游IP运营对于目的地的文化营销与传播具有重要驱动力.研究通过梳理冰雪文化之都"尔滨"火爆出圈的关键事件,运用文献资料、实地考察等方法,以整合营销传播理论为基础,运用互联网思维对冰雪体育旅游IP运营逻辑及其传播路径进行分析与探究.首先,观察与梳理哈尔滨冰雪体育地域旅游独特化、旅游产品IP化、旅游服务温暖化、互联网思维转化等运营特色.其次,在阐释IP与整合营销传播理论之间的关系、冰雪体育旅游与互联网思维之间的关系、冰雪体育旅游与IP运营之间的关系的基础上,探析冰雪体育旅游IP运营的内在逻辑:第一,IP文化传播是冰雪体育旅游IP运营的历史演进逻辑,即"文化记忆—文化创新—社群认同"的文化传播路向;第二,IP价值延伸是冰雪体育旅游IP运营的商业底层逻辑,即"文化价值—感知价值—商业价值"的IP价值延伸线路;第三,跨界整合营销是冰雪体育旅游IP运营的市场运行逻辑,即"场景体验—文化营销—品牌塑造"的跨界整合运营走向;第四,以人民为中心是冰雪体育旅游IP运营的社会话语逻辑,即"为谁说—说什么—怎么说—怎么做"的社会话语导向.最后,在实践总结与理论探讨相结合的基础上,提出打造符号与构建认同的文化传播、情感共鸣与价值共生的价值传播、整合营销与共享资源的营销传播、机会营销与顺应民意的借势传播四个发展路径.
Research on IP Operation Logic and Transmission Path of Ice and Snow Sports Tourism——Take the"Erbin"Phenomenon
In the Internet era,the IP operation of ice and snow sports tourism has an important driving force for the cultural market-ing and communication of destinations.By combing through the highly concerned key event"Erbin",the capital of ice and snow cul-ture,and using methods such as literature and field investigation,the research uses Internet thinking to analyze and explore the IP operation logic and transmission path of ice and snow sports tourism on the basis of integrated marketing communication theory.First of all,observing and sorting out the operation characteristics of Harbin ice and snow sports tourism,such as the uniqueness of regional tourism,the IP of tourism products,the warmth of tourism services,and the transformation of Internet thinking.Secondly,on the basis of explaining the relationship between IP and integrated marketing communication theory,the relationship between ice and snow sports tourism and Internet thinking,and the relationship between ice and snow sports tourism and IP operation,the inter-nal logic of IP operation of ice and snow sports tourism is explored:IP cultural communication is the historical evolution logic of ice and snow sports tourism IP operation,that is,the direction of cultural communication of"cultural memory-cultural innovation-community identification";IP value extension is the commercial underlying logic of ice and snow sports tourism IP operation,that is,the IP value extension route of"cultural value-perceived value-commercial value";integrated marketing is the market operation logic of ice and snow sports tourism IP operation,that is,the integrated operation trend of"scene experience-cultural marketing-brand building";people-centered is the social discourse logic of ice and snow sports tourism IP operation,that is,the social discourse orientation of"for whom to say-what to say-how to say-how to do".Finally,on the basis of the combination of practice summa-ry and theoretical discussion,the paper puts forward the path of ice and snow sports tourism IP transmission from the perspective of Internet thinking:Creating symbols and constructing identities are the paths of cultural transmission;emotional resonance and value symbiosis are value propagation paths;integrated marketing and shared resources are marketing communication paths;opportunity marketing and the communication path of conforming to public opinion.
