The Modern Interpretation of Traditional Chinese Fitness and Health Preservation Thought
With the development of globalization and digitalization,Chinese traditional culture has obtained a wider platform for com-munication,and also ushered in greater challenges of inheritance and development.As a part of Chinese traditional culture,Chinese traditional fitness and health activities can be inherited and developed for the reasons that its physical fitness function is widely recog-nized,and its health ideas are related to human needs.The contemporary interpretation of the idea of health preservation is of positive significance not only to the understanding of the Chinese view of body and life,but also to the thinking of its contemporary develop-ment.Inspired by modern theories such as body sense and self-technology,and combined with the development history and current status of traditional Chinese fitness activities,this paper makes a contemporary interpretation of traditional Chinese fitness and health care ideas,and believes that:The main contents of traditional Chinese health and fitness ideas include strengthen the body,training and cherish life.In the strengthen the body,the main performance is to treat disease prevention as the golden law of health care,and promote physical care and adaptation in the practice of physical and mental integration,heaven and man integration.The monasticism of traditional Chinese fitness and health care includes not only the contemplation of life under self-care,but also the practice of hu-manity under self-transcendence.In the cherish life,the traditional Chinese fitness and health care thought shows the concept of life itself and endless life with the emphasis on the continuity and integrity of life.
