The Influence of Moderate Intensity Physical Exercise on Interpersonal Conflict Information Percep-tion of College Students Troubled by Interpersonal Relationship
Aim:To investigate the effects of moderate intensity physical exercise on the perception of conflict information in interper-sonal disturbance in college students from behavioral and neuro electrophysiological aspects.Methods:62 non-physical education un-dergraduates with high interpersonal disturbance were recruited and randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group performed 30~35 minutes of moderate intensity physical exercise three times a week for 12 weeks,while the control group did not intervene.Koban's social resource conflict task was used to assess interpersonal conflict information perception before and after exercise intervention,and behavioral and ERP data were collected and analyzed.Results:In terms of ac-curacy,the average accuracy of conflict information perception of the control group was significantly lower than that of the experi-mental group,in terms of reaction time,interpersonal relationship troubled college students responded significantly faster in the non-conflict situation,in addition,with the passage of time,the average reaction time of the subjects decreased significantly;the mean amplitude of P1 in the conflict situation is higher than that in the non-conflict situation,while the mean amplitude of N2 is slightly decreased in the conflict situation;the P3 amplitude in the conflict situation was significantly higher than that in the non-conflict situ-ation,and the interaction between time,group and conflict type was significant;the average amplitude of LPP was lower in the post-test than in the pre-test,and significantly higher in the conflict situation than in the non-conflict situation,and the interaction be-tween time and group was significant.Conclusion:In the face of conflict information,college students showed obvious alertness and rapid response ability.The moderate intensity physical exercise can improve the correct rate of interpersonal conflict information per-ception and speed up the perception efficiency of interpersonal conflict information.At the same time,moderate intensity physical ex-ercise effectively enhanced the cognitive control ability(P3),emotional stability and cognitive efficiency(LPP)of interpersonal dis-turbance college students in the process of perceptual processing of conflict information,and more accurately judge conflict informa-tion.
