Cracking Dilemma of"Rural-City"Community Sports Governance under the Practical Logic and Ex-perience Inspiration of"Linkage of Five Social Organizations"
In the reconstruction of the"rural-city"community ecosystem,sports governance,as an important livelihood project,plays an important role in the promotion of residents'physical and mental health,the reconstruction of neighborhood relations,the transformation of role"identity"and the breeding of common culture.By means of literature research,field investigation and logical analysis,this paper starts with the connotation of"linkage of five social organizations"and discusses its compatibility to"rural-city"community sports governance.Based on the the reality predicament of"rural-city"community sports governance,this paper probes into its practical logic in new community sports governance from five aspects of governance objectives,subjects,mechanisms,means and resources.Based the theme of"who to join""what to join""how to join"and"how to move",it is proposed from enhancing grass-roots party committees to play a leading role,improving the mechanism design of"linkage of five social organizations"to en-hance governance resilience,making good use of digital technology to enhance the flexibility of governance,and make up for the shortcomings of the elements of"five social organizations"to strengthen the accumulation of sports resources in order to achieve the"rural-city"of community sports governance.
