从RCEP协定框架酝酿谈判以来,东亚、东南亚与大西洋地区主要国家的利益融合机制开始逐步形成.文章主要探讨对RCEP成员国的企业直接投资是否实现了技术利益,与"一带一路"沿线国家的企业直接投资相比,该技术利益是否更大.研究发现:2009-2019年期间,我国上市公司对现RCEP成员国进行直接投资总体获得了更高的技术利益;对现RCEP成员国进行直接投资所获得的技术利益,总体高于对"一带一路"沿线国家直接投资所获得的技术利益.此外文章还进行了必要的检验和拓展性分析,所得研究结论为我国进一步充分运用RCEP机制实现企业利益提供经验启示,也是从利益融合视角探讨RCEP机制成效的一次尝试.
Abstract
Since the negotiation of the RCEP framework,the interest integration mechanism of major countries in East Asia,Southeast Asia and the Atlantic region has gradually formed.This paper mainly discusses whether the direct investment of enter-prises in RCEP member countries has realized the technical benefits,and whether the technical benefits are greater than the direct investment of enterprises in countries along the Belt and Road.The study found that during 2009-2019,China's listed companies have generally obtained higher technical benefits from direct investment in the current RCEP member countries.The technical benefits obtained from direct investment in current RCEP member countries are generally higher than those obtained from direct investment in countries along the Belt and Road.In addition,the article also carried out the necessary test and expansion analysis.The research conclusions provide empirical enlightenment for China to further make full use of the RCEP mechanism to achieve corporate interests,and also an attempt to explore the effectiveness of the RCEP mechanism from the perspective of interest inte-gration.
