创新要素的空间流动与区域创新发展——基于创新要素集聚的视角

加快创新要素流动是释放要素优化配置红利和增强供给侧增长动力的重要抓手.本文基于2008至2019年我国30个省级单元的数据样本,通过构建空间计量模型,实证分析了创新要素流动对区域创新发展的影响以及创新要素集聚在此过程中发挥的调节效应.研究表明:创新要素流动显著促进区域创新发展.与创新人员要素流动相比,创新资本要素流动的影响更明显,且创新资本要素的空间集聚有助于强化创新资本要素流动的创新驱动效果.
Accelerating the flow of innovation factors is an important way to release the dividends of optimal allocation of factors and enhance the driving force for growth on the supply side.Using the data of 30 provinces of China from 2008 to 2019 as re-search samples,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of the flow of innovation factors on regional innovation development and the moderating effect of the agglomeration of innovation factors in this process by constructing a spatial econometric model.The research shows that the flow of innovation factors significantly promotes the development of regional innovation.Compared with the flow of innovation personnel,the impact of the flow of innovation capital is more obvious,and its spatial agglomeration is conducive to strengthening the innovation-driven effect of the flow of innovation capital.
