摘要
绿色信贷作为平衡经济和环境的重要工具,是推动工业绿色发展的主要手段之一.但绿色信贷对工业绿色发展的影响是否能在当期有效?本文采用基准回归模型和结构方程模型,探究制度环境和产业接续与替代下绿色信贷对工业绿色发展的滞后性影响.研究发现,绿色信贷对工业绿色发展影响存在滞后性;提升制度环境、实现产业接续与替代能够改善绿色信贷对工业绿色发展滞后作用;在低水平制度环境地区,提升法律制度、政府引导和市场化水平均能促进绿色信贷推动工业绿色发展.
Abstract
Green credit is one of the method to promote industrial green development as an important tool for balancing the econ-omy and environment.However,can the impact of green credit on the greening of industry be effective in the current period?This paper uses benchmark regression modeling and structural equation modeling to explore the lagged impact of green credit on industrial green development under institutional environment and industrial continuity and substitution.The study found that there is a lag in the impact of green credit on industrial green development.Upgrading the institutional environment and realizing in-dustrial continuity and substitution can improve the lagging effect of green credit on industrial green development.In areas with a low level of institutional environment,upgrading the legal system,government guidance and marketization can all promote green credit for green industrial development.
