Design of Hybrid Miniaturized Waveguide Thermal Therapy Antenna
Due to the large size and large microwave energy range, the design and use of thermal therapy antenna is complicat-ed,which is not suitable for treating small tumors. To solve this problem,a miniaturized waveguide thermal therapy antenna is de-signed to treat small tumors, and the center frequency of 915 MHz is chosen to balance the depth of heat transmission and the size of the antenna. The hybrid miniaturization technology is used to miniaturize the antenna. The antenna radius is reduced to 19 mm and its height is 36 mm by adding a short-circuit probe while adding a ridge to the antenna. The highest point is 45W/kg when 1 W is fed,and the hottest area can be heated to 45℃ after 30 minutes when 20 W is fed in the temperature field simulation, and the results of the body model experiments are consistent with the simulation experiments, which show that it can achieve the effect of treating internal breast tumors.
