文中设计了一款低剖面的毫米波高增益折叠透射阵列天线.该天线将兼具极化选择和相位全覆盖调控性能的超薄透射型超表面,与具有极化扭转特性的反射型超表面结合,采用π/4 相位补偿步长,在实现低剖面的同时提高了天线增益.实验表明:所设计天线在 94 GHz增益为 35.7 dBi,口径效率为 47.4%,3 dB增益带宽为 22%.该设计克服了毫米波天线难以兼顾低剖面和高效率的限制.
Design of a Millimeter-wave High-gain Folded Transmitarray Antenna
In this paper a low-profile high-gain folded transmitarray antenna at millimeter-wave band is designed.In the an-tenna an ultra-thin transmissive metasurface with polarization selection and phase full coverage control is combined with a reflective metasurface with polarization torsion characteristics.The π/4 phase compensation step is adopted to achieve low profile and im-prove antenna gain.Experiment results show that the designed antenna has a gain of 35.7 dBi at 94 GHz,an aperture efficiency of 47.4%and a 3 dB gain bandwidth of 22%.The limitation of low profile and high efficiency of millimeter-wave antenna is overcome.
