To address the carbon footprint and non-environmental protection factors in the whole life cycle of the base station antenna,the overall technical idea of the green low-carbon antenna solution is to reduce the internal various loss of the base station antenna and improve the beam convergence in ultra-wideband.According to the flexible pin-to-pin design concept,the product ar-chitecture is reduced from four levels to two levels.A long-cavity air-dielectric phase shifter feed network and an integrated broad-band low-loss and high-efficiency radiation element have been developed,which significantly improved the gain of 5G antenna in all frequency bands.Aiming at the non-environmental protection factors in the production process,the localized coating process of the long cavity and the environmental protection radome with low dielectric constant are developed to achieve the low-carbon and green environmental protection in the whole life cycle of the base station antenna.
