基于DSP的整流管组件故障诊断技术研究

为了提高航空发电机整流管组件故障诊断系统的效果和可靠性,本文采用DSP芯片和神经网络方法设计了一个故障检测系统,可实现对发电机整流管组件整流管正常工作、单管断路和双管断路故障等三类模式的诊断.通过对实际航空发电机的数据进行分析,结果表明,对给定的数据,系统诊断正确率可达100%.
Research on Fault Diagnosis Technology of Rectifier Module Based on DSP
In order to improve the effectiveness and reliability of the fault diagnosis system for the rectifier tube assembly of aero-generator,a fault detection system was designed by using DSP chip and neural network method,which could diagnose the normal operation of the diode of the rectifier tube assembly,single-tube open circuit and double-tube open circuit.By analyzing the data of actual aero-generator,the results show that the system diagnosis accuracy can reach 100%for the given data.
