基于有限元的电机法兰止口变形研究

针对伺服电机一体化法兰止口尺寸在装配过程中存在的应力和变形问题,通常根据经验公式进行粗略计算,或者采用制造样机来实测,这样在精度控制和成本控制上都不是最优选择.因此如何在设计之初预测在装配过程中的装配应力,计算装配变形,进而简化加工流程,降低制造风险,越来越被大家所关注.本文采用有限元法,通过对装配过程中产生变形的因素进行分析计算,预判法兰止口的变形量,进而在零件阶段预留变形余量,减化工艺流程.该计算方法对类似过盈配合类的问题具有一定的参考意义.
Research on Deformation of Motor Flange Seam Allowance Based on Finite Element Method
Regarding the stress and deformation issues in the assembly process of servo motor integrated flange stop size,rough calculations are usually based on empirical formulas or measured using manufacturing prototypes.This is not the optimal choice in terms of precision control and cost.Therefore,how to predict the assembly stress during the assembly process at the beginning of the design,calculate assembly deforma-tion,simplify the machining process,and reduce manufacturing risks is increasingly being paid attention to.This article adopted the finite element method to analyze and calculate the factors that cause deformation dur-ing the assembly process,predict the deformation amount of the flange seal,and reserve deformation allow-ance in the part stage to reduce the process flow.This calculation method has certain reference significance for problems similar to interference fit.
