超高速永磁电机环形与实心永磁体结构对比研究

本研究探讨了超高速永磁电机永磁体结构之间存在的差异,通过有限元分析对比了环形与实心永磁体结构在电磁、损耗、传热和机械应力上的区别.并通过样机试验验证了上述分析方法的正确性.研究表明:实心结构具有较高的磁通密度,能产生更高的反电势;环形结构铁耗较低,而实心结构涡流损耗更低.在传热方面,实心结构导热性能更佳,永磁体和护套温度较低.此外,两种结构在极限工况下均能保持良好的机械应力,其中实心结构在机械应力方面表现更好.
Comprehensive Comparative Study of Ultra-high-speed PM Machines for Ring PM and Solid PMstructure
This study explored the differences in the permanent magnet structures of ultra-high-speed perma-nent magnet motors,comparing the electromagnetic,loss,heat transfer,and mechanical properties of the ring-shaped and solid permanent magnet structures through finite element analysis.It verified the correctness of the above analysis methods through prototype experiments.The research shows that the solid structure has a higher magnetic flux density and can generate a higher back electromotive force;the ring-shaped structure has lower iron loss,while the solid structure has lower copper loss and eddy current loss.In terms of heat transfer,the solid structure has better thermal conductivity,and the temperature of the permanent magnet and sheath is lower.In addition,both structures can maintain good mechanical stress under extreme condi-tions,and the solid structure performs better in terms of mechanical stress.
