磁悬浮高速电机经常应用在比较恶劣的工业环境中,外部环境和转子自身的不平衡很容易对磁轴承控制系统造成干扰,造成系统参数的摄动.这就要求磁轴承控制器具备较大的稳定裕度,从而在高速时不会由于参数的摄动导致转子失稳.本文首先对磁轴承各环节进行数学建模,然后基于通道分散控制策略对控制器进行保相角裕度的设计,并兼容闭环系统的快速性、平稳性和高精度稳态误差等指标.
Design of High Stability Margin Controller for Magnetic Suspension Motor
Magnetic levitation high-speed motors are often used in harsh industrial environments.The exter-nal environment and the imbalance of the rotor can easily cause interference to the magnetic bearing control system,resulting in system parameter perturbations.This requires the magnetic bearing controller to have a large stability margin and strong robustness,so as not to cause rotor instability due to parameter perturbations at high speeds.Firstly,the article established the mathematical models for the magnetic levitation system;Then,based on the channel decentralized control strategy,the controller was designed to maintain phase an-gle margin,which was compatible with the fast,stable,and high-precision steady-state error indicators of the closed-loop system.
