Test of Electromechanical Time Constant of DC Servo Motor
From the test point of view, the common test methods of electromechanical time constant of DC servo motor were compared and discussed, and the advantages and disadvantages of back potential method and starting current method were summarized.Because the traditional back potential method lacks the step voltage application time, which affected the accuracy of the test results,an optimization method was proposed to measure the step voltage signal and generator output voltage signal simultaneously with oscilloscope during the test, and introduced the step voltage application time into the test results.Aiming at the problems that the sampling resistance in the starting current method is not easy to match and the sampling resistance inter-feres with the accuracy of the test result,a new test method called current clamp method was proposed, which included a suitable current clamp in the armature circuit. The feasibility of the optimized back poten-tial method and the current clamp method was verified. The traditional method were the optimized method were used to test a type of permanent magnet DC motor for many times. The results show that the optimized method is simple and fast, and the test results are more accurate.
