高职院校劳动教育体系建设中的工匠文化认同研究

在全面建设高水平高职院校的社会背景下,加强高职院校劳动教育中的工匠文化认同,对全面提升高职学生的劳动能力,培育学生的工匠精神,弘扬中国优秀传统文化具有重要意义.劳动教育和工匠文化都以现实劳动为依托,二者在价值取向、育人目标上具有高度的契合性.职业院校在积极推进劳动教育的过程中,要将"工匠精神"培育切实融入劳动教育的全过程,在培养方案、课程体系、评价机制等方面,积极探索在劳动教育中强化工匠文化认同的培育路径,增强学生对工匠文化的认同感.
Research on Craftsman's Cultural Identity in the Construction of Labor Education System in Higher Vocational Colleges
Under the social background of comprehensive construction of high-level higher vocational colle-ges,strengthening the identity of craftsman culture in labor education of higher vocational colleges is of great signifi-cance to comprehensively improve the labor ability of higher vocational students,cultivate students'craftsman spirit,and carry forward Chinese excellent traditional culture.the educational paths that are suitable for the mutual promo-tion and integration between the two can be explored.Labor education and craftsman culture are both based on real-istic labor,and they have a high degree of consistency in value orientation and education goal.In the process of ac-tively promoting labor education,vocational colleges should integrate the cultivation of"artisan spirit"into the whole process of labor education,actively explore the cultivation path of strengthening artisan identity in labor edu-cation in terms of training programs,curriculum systems,evaluation mechanisms,and so on,and enhance students'sense of identity to artisan culture.
