高校大学生同辈交往的现状与特点研究——基于CCSEQ实证调查数据

同辈交往是实现大学生社会化的重要活动方式,它不仅关系到学生的个人成长,同时有利于帮助学校更好地开展校园建设活动.基于"中国大学生就读经验问卷"(CCSEQ)的调查数据,从学生的性别、年级、家庭文化背景等方面对同辈交往的现状与特点进行分析,可以发现:总体上,大学生同辈交往呈现积极的态势,学生能够主动地与同辈开展交往活动,且保持良好的同学关系;大学生的性别、年级、专业等因素对同辈交往的影响不显著,但家庭文化背景对同辈交往的影响较为显著.因此,高校要依托开放包容的校园环境,增加学生的同辈交往频率,帮助学生加快实现自身的社会化;同时要重点关注家庭第一代大学生、低年级学生和农村学生的同辈交往问题,通过外力的扶持以帮助学生尽快度过适应期,让学生能够积极乐观地开展同辈交往活动.
A Study on the Current Situation and Characteristics of Peer Interaction among College Students in Higher Education——Based on CCSEQ Empirical Survey Data
Peer interaction is a necessary process of socialization for university students,which is not only re-lated to students'personal growth,but also helps schools to carry out better campus construction activities.Based on the analysis of the data from the Chinese College Student Experience Questionnaire(CCSEQ),analysing the cur-rent situation and characteristics of peer interaction in terms of students'gender,grade and family cultural back-ground,it can be found that:on the whole,peer interaction among college students shows a positive trend,and students are able to initiate social activities with their peers and maintain good relationships with them.The influ-ence of gender,grade and major on peer interaction is not significant,but the influence of family cultural back-ground on peer interaction is more significant.Therefore,universities should rely on an open and inclusive campus environment to increase the frequency of students'peer interaction and help students accelerate their socialization;at the same time,they should focus on the peer interaction problems of first-generation university students,junior students and rural students,and help students to pass the adjustment period as soon as possible through external support,so that they can carry out peer interaction activities positively and optimistically.
