基于PBL模式的生物化学实验课程思政教学探索与实践

以生物化学实验课为例,在中国高等教育新时代背景下,运用 PBL(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)模式融合思政元素,探讨了对课程思政方面的改革与实践.基于课程思政在育人目标中的重要性,以实验教学内容为基础,以问题为导向,深入挖掘课程所包含的立德树人、绿色化学、科学创新等思政元素,并将其有机融入到实验教学中,通过教学模式的创新,达到了促进学生主动思考和创新思维的目的,有效激发了学生学习兴趣,培养了学生的团队合作精神,提高了学生学习积极性,实现了生物化学实验课程思政改革的目标.
Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Teaching in Biochemistry Experiment Course Based on Problem-Based Learning
Taking the biochemistry experiment course as an example,under the background of the new era of higher education in China,the Problem-Based Learning(PBL)model was employed to integrate ideological and political elements,and the reform and practice of ideological and political aspects of the course were discussed.Considering the significance of ideological and political education in the aim of educating individuals,based on the content of experimental teaching and guided by problems,the ideological and political elements such as moral edu-cation,green chemistry and scientific innovation contained in the course are deeply explored and organically inte-grated into the experimental teaching.Through the innovation of teaching mode,the goal of promoting students'ac-tive thinking and innovative thinking is achieved,which effectively stimulates students'interest in learning,culti-vates students'teamwork spirit,improves students'enthusiasm for learning,and realizes the goal of ideological and political reform of biochemical experiment course.
