高职院校班级建设效能量表编制及信效度检验

摘要
高职院校班级建设效能量表是开展高职班级建设成效监测的重要指标和参考标准.在查阅文献、总结经验、咨询专家的基础上,编制了高职班级建设成效监测调查量表,从班级的班委贡献度、制度成熟度、活动效能度、外部支持力、集体凝聚力、内部支撑力等 6 个维度探讨高职院校班级建设成效.以广东省12 所高职院校的2744 名在校大学生为被试,测试以班级为单位进行,通过对问卷信效度检验,表明该量表具有较好的理论构想和信效度指标,该量表可以作为研究高职院校班级建设现状监测和发挥班级组织育人成效的一个重要工具.
Abstract
The efficiency scale of class construction is an important indicator and standard to monitor the effec-tiveness of class construction in vocational colleges.On the basis of literature review and expert consultation,a sur-vey scale for monitoring the effectiveness of class construction has been developed to explore the effectiveness of class construction in higher vocational colleges from six dimensions:class committee contribution,system maturity,activity effectiveness,external support,collective cohesion,and internal support.With the data retrieved from2744college students from12vocational colleges in Guangdong Province,the test was conducted by class as a u-nit.Through the reliability and validity test of the questionnaire,it reveals that the scale has a sound theoretical con-struct,reliability and validity indicators.The scale can be applied as an important tool to study the efficiency of class construction,organization and education in vocational colleges.
