摘要
我国正处于从教育大国向教育强国的转变阶段,高校自身发展建设、治理模式转变对全面加强高校法治工作提出了新要求、新期冀.当前,我国高校在对法治工作的重视程度、法治工作机构的运行、高校规章制度体系建设等方面仍存在较多问题,无法满足高等教育新发展阶段的更高要求,应全面提升对高校法治工作的认识、加强法治工作机构及工作队伍建设、不断完善高校规章制度体系,全面推进高校法治工作,助推高校高质量发展;潍坊工程职业学院的法治工作成绩显著,可为高校法治实践提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
China's higher education is in the transition stage from a large-scale education power to a high-quality education power.The development and construction of colleges and universities and the transformation of governance mode have put forward new requirements and new expectations for strengthening the rule of law in colle-ges and universities in an all-round way.At present,there are still many problems in the level of emphasis on the work on the rule of law,the operation of the rule of law work organization,the rules and regulations system in uni-versities,which cannot adapt to the higher requirements of the new development stage of higher education.We should comprehensively improve the understanding of the rule of law work in universities,constantly improve the rule of law system in universities,strengthen the construction of the rule of law work organization and work team,So as to order to comprehensively promote the rule of law work in colleges and universities,promote the high-quality development of colleges and universities.Weifang Engineering Vocational College takes the work of rule of law as the escort for its high-quality development,and has achieved remarkable results,which can provide useful refer-ence for the practice on rule of law in universities.
