摘要

关于青少年劳动教育的问题,习近平作了大量重要论述.就其思想内涵来说,主要有三方面:在价值取向上,通过发挥劳动教育的综合育人价值和倡导劳动的"四最"观念,培育青少年正确的劳动观念;在技能水平上,通过开展增强基本劳动能力、专业劳动能力和创造性劳动能力的实践活动,逐级培养青少年必备的劳动技能;在精神面貌上,通过弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神和工匠精神,形塑青少年积极向上的心态.这为推进新时代青少年劳动教育的开展提供了重要的思想指南.

Abstract

Xi Jinping has made a number of important remarks on the issue of youth labor education.As far as its ideological connotation is concerned,there are three main aspects:in terms of value orientation,the correct la-bor concept of young people is cultivated by giving full play to the comprehensive education value of labor education and advocating the"four most"concept of labor;at the skill level,through practical activities to enhance basic la-bor ability,professional labor ability and creative labor ability,the necessary labor skills of young people are culti-vated step by step;in terms of spiritual outlook,through the promotion of the spirit of model workers,the spirit of labor and the spirit of craftsmen,shape the positive mentality of young people.This provides an important ideolog-ical guide for promoting the development of youth labor education in the new era.
