Analysis on the Path Innovation of Rule of Law Education for College Students in the New Era
Education under the rule of law is the internal demand of comprehensively promoting the rule of law and building a socialist country ruled by law,and it is an important part of higher education.The rule of law educa tion in colleges and universities bears the responsibility of"what kind of people to cultivate"and the important mission of cultivating new people of the times with all-round development in morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.However,in the new era,the rule of law education in colleges and universities faces many prac-tical problems,which have troubled the development of higher education to some extent.Therefore,in the new era,the rule of law education in colleges and universities should adhere to the problem-oriented,form a"trinity"educational force of society,colleges and students,and promote the long-term development of normalization and institutionalization of rule of law education in colleges and universities.
