The Revelation about Cultivation of"Double Qualified"Teachers'Quality from the Perspective of Modern Vocational Education——Based on Survey Analysis of Huang Yanpei's Views on Teachers in Vocational Education
Teachers in vocational colleges are the key factor to improve the quality of vocational education and the primary resource and important guarantee for the high-quality development of vocational education."Double-qualified"teachers are the supporting force for the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges,but for various reasons,the construction of"double-qualified"teachers faces some difficulties and problems.Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought had great significance to the development of our country vocational education.The ideas and propositions of"respecting the profession and enjoying the group"and"using hands and brains to-gether"put forward by Huang Yanpei in his view of vocational education teachers have a strong enlightening effect on the strategy and path selection of the cultivation and improvement of the core quality of"double-qualified"teachers.Based on 468 questionnaires submitted by 10 agricultural vocational colleges in China,this paper ana-lyzed the situation of teachers'practice in the process of training professional literacy,and sorted out the outstanding problems existing in vocational colleges.And this paper deeply understood the connotation and core characteristics of Huang Yanpei's vocational education teacher concept,explored and innovated ways and measures to improve teachers'quality in vocational colleges,and provided reference for solving problems and difficulties in the construc-tion of"double-qualified"teachers.
