Research on the Influencing Factors of Interdisciplinary Master's Degree Study Investment in the Context of New Liberal Arts——Based on Grounded Theory
From the perspective of the development trend of higher education in the world today,the level of postgraduate education is an important indicator to measure the quality of higher education.At present,the scale of interdisciplinary master's students is increasing,and their motivation and on-campus learning status are unique,and their learning investment is directly related to their training quality.Through semi-structured interviews with interdisciplinary master's students,this paper uses grounded theory analysis to study the influencing factors of their learning engagement.The results show that environmental support,learning motivation,academic orientation,and interpersonal interaction are the main factors influencing the learning engagement of interdisciplinary master's students.Based on this,in order to effectively improve the learning investment level of interdisciplinary master's students,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strictly improving the enrollment standards,promoting the improvement of students'learning motivation,building a multi-party communication plat-form to provide interdisciplinary master's resource support,innovating the multi-talent training model,and forming an interdisciplinary tutor guidance team.
