Research on Teacher Incentive Mechanism Based on Psychological Contract
University teachers are the source of strength for the survival and development of universities.It is an important task for universities to develop a reasonable and efficient incentive mechanism to effectively motivate u-niversity teachers.On the basis of psychological contract,this paper constructs a system dynamics model of univer-sity teachers'incentive mechanism from three aspects:transaction dimension,relationship dimension and develop-ment dimension,and conducts a simulation analysis.The results show that the incentives of the transaction dimen-sion,relational dimension and development dimension of the psychological contract all have obvious effects on the motivation of teachers,and the incentive effect of the transaction dimension is more significant.In addition,the differentiated incentive mechanism designed from the perspective of psychological contract for different groups of teachers can maximize the role of incentives.
