教育焦虑作为当前我国社会日益凸显的一种现象,其深度和广度令人忧虑,其背后反映出的深层次思维和观念问题亟待审视.序列化思维和实体化思维的局限,以及不当的人生观、职业观、教育观,共同加剧了教育焦虑的程度.为缓解教育焦虑,需要从思维和观念层面进行深刻调整:尊重个体差异,提供多样化教育路径;拥抱教育中的不确定性,寻找成长的可能性;将教育视为自我实现和提升的过程,而非单纯追求外在成功的手段.
Thoughts and Ideas behind Educational Anxiety
As an increasingly prominent phenomenon in our society,the depth and breadth of educational anxi-ety are worrying,and the deep-seated thinking and concept problems reflected behind it need to be examined ur-gently.The limitation of serialized thinking and substantive thinking,as well as improper outlook on life,occupa-tion and education have exacerbated the degree of educational anxiety.In order to alleviate educational anxiety,profound adjustment should be carried forward from the level of thinking and concept,respects should be paid to in-dividual differences to provide diversified educational paths,the uncertainty of education should be embraced to look for the possibility of growth,and education should be regarded as a means of self-realization and improvement rath-er than simply pursuing external success.
