Research on the Pulling Effect of Tourism in Wutai Mountain Scenic Area on Economic Growth of Xinzhou City
This paper analyzes the direct and indirect effects of tourism in Wutai Mountain scenic area on the economic growth of Xinzhou city by calculating the tourism dependence,contribution rate and pulling rate.From the point of view of direct effect,the tourism income and tourist receptions of Wutai Mountain scenic area are in-creasing continuously,and the per capita tourism consumption is higher than that of Xinzhou City.From the indi-rect effect,in the time dimension,the tourism development of Wutai Mountain Scenic area has a significant driving effect on the economic growth of Xinzhou City,but it fluctuates greatly;In terms of spatial dimension,the three fa-mous Buddhist mountains have great differences in tourism driving effect.Wutai Mountain scenic area lacks the sta-bility of Putuo Mountain and the sustainable growth of Jiuhua Mountain.From the point of view of the tourism effect of the three famous Buddhist mountains,the pulling effect of Xinzhou tourism on economic growth is also not signifi-cant.Finally,three suggestions of the optimization of tourism product supply;strengthening the tourism infrastruc-ture construction;and strengthening the scenic area planning are presented.
