A Comparative Study on Tourism Destination Image Based on Online Text——Taking Jinzhou City as an Example
Taking Jinzhou City as a research case,the network text analysis method and the two-dimensional four-quadrant analysis method are used to compare the official projection image with the perceived image of tour-ists in the field.Firstly,through word frequency analysis of the mined network text,four representative tourism im-ages of Jinzhou City are extracted:cultural tourism,red tourism,sightseeing tourism and gastronomic tourism.Sec-ondly,through the sentiment analysis of online texts,the rationality of the difference between the official projected image and the tourist's perceived image was determined.Finally,using the two-dimensional four-quadrant analy-sis method,the strength of the two attributes is compared through the results of online text content analysis,and the image of four quadrants and three types of tourist destinations in Jinzhou is constructed:the image with advantages,the image that needs to be improved and the image of the opportunity,and the corresponding strategic suggestions are put forward from the perspective of tourism destination management organization.
