Research on the Path of Rural Teachers'Identity Under the Background of Rural Education Revitalization
Rural revitalization is an important strategy of our country's development,among which rural educa-tion revitalization is the key of the strategic development of rural revitalization.Rural teachers are the backbone of rural education,whose group identity is solved or not will directly affect the quality of rural education development and whether educational equity can be realized or not.However,at present,the development of urban and rural education is unbalanced,and the identity problem of rural teachers has not been fundamentally solved,resulting in the difficulty to push forward the revitalization of rural education normally.This paper studies the identity of rural teachers,explores the dilemma of rural teachers'identity and its impact on the revitalization of rural education,summarizes the research results,and puts forward ways to enhance rural teachers'identity,aiming at providing the-oretical support and practical guidance for the revitalization of rural education.
