高校新入职思政课教师话语体系优化路径研究

摘要
在思政课教学场域,话语是搭载马克思主义理论的无形载体、重要媒介.高校新入职思政课教师是思政课建设的新生力量,其话语能力事关思政课建设质量,事关立德树人实效.当前,新入职思政课教师在话语运用方面存在话语权威尚未确立、话语内容阐释缺乏自信、话语方式略显单一的困境,要明晰职业定位,强化理论研习,提升话语技能,综合施策优化话语体系,使其成为推动思政课建设的重要抓手.
Abstract
In the field of ideological and political teaching,discourse is an invisible carrier and an important medium carrying Marxist theory.At present,newly recruited ideological and political teachers have the dilemma that the authority of discourse has not yet been established,the content of discourse lacking basis,and the dis-course method being slightly outdated,so it is necessary to clarify the professional positioning,to strengthen theo-retical research,to improve discourse skills,and to comprehensively implement policies to optimize the discourse system,so as to make it an important starting point for promoting the construction of ideological and political cour-ses.
