Research on Empowering Rural Revitalization by Vocational College Teachers from the Perspective of ERG Theory
Guided by the ERG theory,this paper analyzes the internal logic of empowering rural revitalization by vocational college teachers from the perspectives of survival foundation,relationship network,and growth guar-antee.Specifically,good social trust promotes vocational college teachers to achieve identity recognition,and re-source advantages can be used to help vocational college teachers integrate into the social relationship network of ru-ral areas,and national policies support the personal development of vocational college teachers to move in the same direction as rural revitalization.Meanwhile,the motivating factors for vocational college teachers to empower rural revitalization include survival needs,interrelationships,and growth and development.Finally,based on the ERG theory,a mechanism construction strategy for empowering rural revitalization by vocational college teachers is pro-posed:establishing a salary guarantee mechanism based on survival needs,improving the working conditions for teachers to empower rural revitalization;Establishing a rural service mechanism based on social relationship needs to assist vocational college teachers in integrating into rural revitalization construction;Establish a talent cultivation mechanism based on the needs of teacher-student relationships to deliver high-quality talents for rural revitaliza-tion;Establishing a personal development incentive mechanism based on growth needs to build a comprehensive teacher growth system.
